During my Thanksgiving stay at Canaima - Only Adults, I appreciated the clean and spacious apartments, as well as the lovely pool area. However, what stood out the most to me was the friendly and helpful staff. The director's personal attention to a misunderstanding with the security team, resulting in a fine reduction, truly showcased their dedication to guest satisfaction. With great communication, free iron use, and a convenient laundrette, the hotel ensured a comfortable and enjoyable experience.
